Abena Ofei is a London based stylist, fashion editor, and creative consultant with extensive experience working within magazine publishing, primarily in the men’s lifestyle consumer and luxury sectors.
Abena worked at Dennis Publishing for over 8 years, where she rose up through the ranks to eventually hold the position of Fashion Editor for the last three years of her tenure before leaving to forge her freelance career.
Story telling is an intrinsic part of Abena’s cultural heritage, and over the years she has managed to channel this into her work and has gone on to work across editorial, advertising, fashion consultancy and music.
Her collaborative nature along with her modern approach to menswear has enabled Abena to regularly work with artists in the film and music industries as well a number of sporting personalities including Cillian Murphy, Woody Harrelson, Chris Evans, Miles Teller, Dame Jessica Ennis, Jake Bugg, Justin Timberlake, Mark Ronson, Dame Kelly Holmes, Jack Grealish, Groove Armada and Usain Bolt.
A passionate visual story teller who loves to work with all types of people. Abena's clients include Samsung, 02, H&M, Adidas, Harvey Nichols, River Island, Longines, Reebok, Sketchers, Ted Baker. And editorially has contributed to publications such as British GQ, Esquire, Empire Magazine, Men’s Health, Hunger, Client, Boys by Girls, The Sunday Times Magazine and Runner’s World.
